55" Stainless Steel Chassis/Surface Mount IP66 LCD No Power - Model: SCHW5500-SIP

How to check if the LCD Power Supply is need to be replaced.

Issue: No Power

1. Check the OSD LED at the back of the LCD if it's ON

2. Open the small panel at the center of the back of the LCD, there should be a internal power supply inside the unit.

3. There is a 110V AC power input, Use Voltage Meter to test the output if there is DC coming out.

4. Test both input and output to see if there is any power coming in and out.

5. The power supplier output have two components, but you just need to test either one.

6. Left output is going to LCD backlight and Right output is going to AD board.

7. If there is no DC coming out. You need to replace the Power Supply.
