How to replace LCD Panel of Model: CCHW2400HB-SIP

Part No. CCHW2400HB-SIP - Case 6-OW-111110-79269 - How to replace LCD Panel.

Panel Replacement Procedure

Step 1: a. Please prepare knife and hard plastic sheet to do Step 3.


Step 2: a. Loose the screws----blue marked.


Step 3: 
a. Used knife, hard plastic sheet tools and removed the back cover---green marked
b. Please pay more attention to OSD inner cable—red marked


Step 4:
a. Removed panel backlight cable---blue marked

Please pay more attention.
b. Removed Power input cable---red marked
c. Removed Inverter cable---green marked
d. Removed LVDS cable---yellow cable
Please pay more attention LVDS cable definition.
e. Removed OSD cable---orange marked


Step 5:
a. Loosed I/O screws ( 4EA )---blue marked
b. Removed HDMI inner cable---red marked
c. Loosed DVI socket screws ( 2EA ) and removed DVI inner cable---green marked
d. Loosed VGA socket screws ( 2 EA ) and removed VGA inner
cable---yellow marked
e. Removed I/O plate---orange marked

Step 6:
a. Loosed the plate left side screws ( 2EA ) and right side screws ( 2EA )---red marked
       

Step 7: a. Removed the plate and replaced new panel---blue marked


Step 8:
a. When you will install the back cover, you must replace the new waterproof gasket to it---blue marked
Because the original waterproof gasket will be damaged at “Step3“.
b. Use “SILICON“ to its surface to make sure waterproof function ---red marked

Note:
a. The above steps are easy to do with the careful attitude.
b. The replaced package is included new panel, new gasket and stainless screw.
