1. What video input are you using?
2. How long is the video Cable? Any CAT5 extender?
3. Do you see the OSD Manual on the screen?
4. What is the OSD membrane color? Red, orange or Green?
a. Green light: Normal display (when OSD green color, but no screen, maybe inverter or backlight unit burned out)
b. Orange light (Green and Red light turn on together): No cable or No signal
c. Red light: Abnormal
Power in and No signal in, OSD will have “ Red light “ and monitor shows “ No cable “ or “ No signal “ then “ going to power saving “.
---- it is input signal issue ( please restart PC or NB again ) not AD board issue. The panel is also OK because it can be showed “No cable “ or “ No signal “ then “ going to power saving “.
5. Could you help to provide video footage and further detail spec of your PC model, graphic, OS edition, signal input equipment, and connection cable/adapter(brand, type, length)? So we can simulate here by the same or equivalent input devices, and to find out solution.
6. Does it has a Green light on the Power adapter?
