How to secure the clamp mounts against the Monitor housing?

Case 6-110563 Part no: CPM1700-J-TR-DC-V1

1. After insert the clamp clips into the slot, please push the clip back toward the rear housing until you hear a click sound then now the clips is 90 degrees against the metal housing.  
2. This can resolve by adjusting the screw after secure the clips to the housing.
