Let me introduce myself I work in Fameccanica and I’m a software coordinator. On one of our machines, we have a problem with your graphic display. When you turn on the system, it seems that it can’t see its hard drive. So, what can we do? If it needs to ship the unit back, is it ok to send only the board (see the attached photo) or do we need to ship the complete display?
Answer:
Remove PC drawer box ( back 3 screws +remove adaptor of power cable)
Follow Below
** Need to use USB keyboard plug to system + one HDMI type monitor (Open system and immediately push F2 or DEL go to bios)
Check bios date and can see SSD or HDD or w/o SSD/HDD.
** If can see SSD/HDD shall be re-install window 10 pro.
** If can’t see SSD/HDD may be fail SSD/HDD or SATA cable loose.
** If SSD fail, need to change the SSD.
***IF can’t safe bios real date need change bios battery.
