Part no: CCHW2150-SIP-i5-FPCAP-24VDC - Case 6-111087 - Question: Not powering up?
Customer Issue:
I had plugged it in and powered it up, the next day when i got back to work the screen was black and the power supply L.E.D was not on. I tried a different power supply and it beeped and would not power up.
Solutions:
Did you use the power adapter for testing first? It is ensuring the power voltage and Amps are adequate for the PC Power consumptions.
Also, if you are connecting to your own power supplier, please making sure you are following the power consumption on the unit label.
It’s having 24VDC power adapter
This PC has been set "Auto Power ON system" before shipment. Please use the 24VDC power adapter with waterproof connector for testing.
