Question: Touchscreen not responding properly, some moisture observed behind the glass

Question: Some moisture observed behind the glass
Answer: Does this Moisture happen during the morning when you turn on the Monitor? If so, please keep the monitor turn on for 24 hours then the moisture will go away when the inside monitor temperature raises up. If the Moisture persist, during the dry environment meaning low humidity you can loosen the back screw (not completely removed) Just slightly loosen the screw, then keep turning on the monitor for few hours, these the moisture was trapped inside the monitor will escaped. Afterward please tighten all the screw back.
