Question: Various of our latest screens are doing this weird color cycle mode and we cant get out of it.

Answer: It seems the system is working well but LCD display. It may be caused by setting of LVDS resolution lost. This issue might be caused by the battery of the computer CMOS is dead. So, when the computer is turned on, the CMOS jumps back to the default value of the LCD itself, 1024 x 768. We recommended not to remove the power, otherwise you have to restart the power and reset the resolution.
Follow the steps below to change the settings.
1. Press "Del" or "F2" button to enter BIOS
2. Select Chipset\Board Configuration
3. Check the value of "Active Panel (eDP/LVDS)" & "CH7511 EDID Panel Option"
Active Panel (eDP/LVDS) -> Enable
CH7511 EDID Panel Option -> 1920x1080 24/2
4. Press F10 to save and exit BIOS setting. Or you can refer the mainboard user manual below.

Problem: Once power is applied we receive a screen with multi-color bars across the screen and then it goes blank. Solution: The issue cause by connection loosen. After reconnect, the monitors work normally. See below picture for reference:
