Issue:

Monitor loses its picture, while still running. If unscrew the bottom cover, turn the unit off, then turn it on. The screen comes back and then losses it's picture again after a few days.

Diagnosis: Due to Temperature controller board. When the inside temp is too high it might shut off the backlight or lower the brightness %

How to troubleshoot:

1. Check LED light in this circular window when you are having issue. If it is RED it's not good, it should be green.

2. Open the back of the monitor.

3. Check your video input using another screen. If your video input is good. Then it is the AD Board's Fault

4. Replace this AD Board.
