TOOLS


  1. 3M Double sided tape 1.1mm
  2. Screw driver
  3. New bracket
  4. PCAP screen
  5. Touch controller
  6. Nylon gloves
  7. Fishing line

STEPS

Step 1: Loosen the 8 screws of rear side and keep aside

Step 2: Turn to front side and disconnect
  1. LED Cable
  2. LCD Cable
  3. Touch FFC
  4. USB Cable
  5. Loosen screw and controller


Step 3. Remove the yellow tape of panel module and take touch FFC out through the cutout.


Step 4. Loosen the screw on bracket at side of panel


Step 5. Fold 200cm of fishing line and operating careful with nylon gloves go through the gap of panel and touch from right side until the left side.


Step 6. Clean the residue of panel and paste 3M tape around the corners.


Step 7. Bonding PCAP screen on the panel align VA to VA


Step 8. Screw new bracket to panel on the bottom user hole.


Step 9. Connect controller and fix on rear of panel with yellow tape.


Step 10. Put the panel module back to housing and then reconnect LCD/LED/USB cable.


Step 11.  Screw back the rear cover.


Step 12. Finished
