Customer Issue:
Have found that one of the four displays that has been installed is developing condensation inside. The Anti-Con supply is found to be healthy, and the Anti-Con switch is in the On position. Could you please look into why this would be happening and what we can do to solve this.

Solutions:
1. Release the moisture from the moisture release valve. The inner vapor will be released from inside to outside slowly. The valve’s function is to balance inner chamber’s pressure slowly.

If the Moisture persist, during the dry environment meaning low humidity you can loosen the back screw (not completely removed) Just slightly loosen the screw, then keep turning on the monitor for few hours, these the moisture was trapped inside the monitor will escaped. Afterward please tighten all the screw back.
2. We think it is the good way to escape inside moisture if you loosen all the back cover screws for maintenance cover carefully.

3. For the product design, we use silicone sealant and waterproof rubber to bound all the surfaces. It is not easy to remove rear cover and maintenance cover.
