Symptom: User’s PC detects wrong resolution.

Possible Cause: HDMI of AD board was damaged, that usually happened in long signal cable with HDMI extender/repeater, or high voltage introduced via the cable.

Following show connection of cables on AD board. Be careful on the LVDS cable, there are two cut or empty pins, connection cannot be shifting or reversed in direction.
