Part No.: NPW617HD - Case-6-120349 - Question: How to add 24VDC Power into Model: NPW617HD

Before your work, please make sure that the power is disconnected.

Step 1: Release total of 11 screws (3 on top, bottom & left-side and 2 on right-side).

Step 2: Remove the LCD front frame.

Step 3: Remove the tape at the back of LCD panel & unplug the LVDS cable connector in order to take away the LCD panel.

Step 4: Release total of 5 screws (3 on top & 2 at bottom) to take out silver supporting plate/bracket. Unplug the red-black internal power cable on the top left corner of AD board.

Step 5: Release the video connectors from the I/O windows & total of 8 screws to remove original I/O windows.

Step 6: Replace the new I/O windows back to the unit and reconnect all video connectors.

Step 7: Reconnect the internal power cable back to AD board (located at the top left corner).

Step 8: Apply 2 screws on the diagonal of the DC power board & secure it on the chassis.

Step 9: Reverse the procedure from Step 4 to reassembly the unit back for operation.
