Problem: LCD light up, but no display.
Possible Cause: This is might be AD board issue.1. What is the OSD membrane light Green? Orange?
2. If AD Board doesn’t fix the problem then it might be a LCD panel issue.
3. If LCD Panel issue we recommend to replace it with brand new unit.
Problem: Has an orange light on the back of the OSD, but no display.
Possible Cause: Orange light meaning video input issue, it might be caused by cable, connectors or video source. Please check PC resolution or test different video input source or different cables.
