Customer Issue:
We are having issues 2/3 of the displays where the screen will be flashing on and off constantly and not displaying when required. Can we have your input and any testing that can be conducted on these displays?
Solutions:
Please turn off “ Auto Brightness / light sensor “ function. Please see below instructions. Check the flashing issue and adjust Brightness directly by OSD / Increase or Decrease button.
Auto Brightness (Light Sensor) ON / OFF Operation Procedure
OSD location ( rear ) / Red marked :
Step 1:
Pressed Manual/Select button, the image will be showed below.
Step 2:
Pressed “ Manual/Select “ button again and pressed “ Increase “ or “ Decrease “ button to “ Auto Brightness “, the image will be showed below.
Step 3:
Pressed “ Manual/Select ” button, the “ Auto Brightness “ will be from “ ON “ mode to “ OFF “ mode, the image will be showed below. The Auto Brightness ( Light Sensor ) function will be invalid now.
Step 4:
Pressed “ Auto/Exit “ button, the image will be showed below.
Step 5:
Pressed “ Auto/Exit “ button again and it will be returned to original image. The image will be showed below.

Problem: Once power is applied we receive a screen with multi-color bars across the screen and then it goes blank. Solution: The issue cause by connection loosen.
