Part No. YOP1040HB2 - Case 6-OW-110879-77960 - Question: How to replace LCD Panel & LED Driving Board

Replacing Steps:

Step1: Flip to rear side of the monitor , loosen M3 screws*6 and keep it.

Step2: Put rear housing aside and disconnect LED Cable & Backlight Cable

Step3: Loosen the screw of LED Driving Board and keep it (Orange area)

Step4: Put the new LED Driving Board at middle housing and screw fasten.

Step5: Flip monitor to front side and loosen M2 screws*4 and keep it.

Step6: Lift up panel, remove kapton tape and disconnect LCD cable.

Step7: Remove the defected panel and keep gaskets of the copper stud.

Step8: Reconnect LCD cable to new panel and secure with kapton tape.

Step9: Check the gaskets align to new panel and then screw fasten.

Step10: Flip to rear side and reconnect LED Cable & Backlight Cable.

Step11: Fasten the rear housing with M3 screw*6

Step12: Finished
